Established in February of 1991, by Paul Giuliano and Jon Sugimoto. IFS was founded with, and continues to practice its core idealism, “Providing our customers with the best quality products while striving to be an industry leader in customer service and product innovation.” The company originally began serving local school districts throughout Southern California with fresh sandwiches. As IFS expanded into additional states and market segments, for production and logistic purposes, we developed additional product lines which has allowed the business to continue a steady and manageable growth pattern. Today IFS is a leader in commodity processing of beef and cheese items for school districts across the country.
